Kim Kardashian’s Selfie Book Flops Hard | Sells Only 32,000 Copies in 3 Months

Kim Kardashian boasts a whopping 41 million Instagram followers yet her much publicized Selfie book, ‘Selfish’ only sold a paltry 32,000 copies in its first three months of release.

Radar Online reveals:

But reps for Nielsen Bookscan told Radar exclusively that so far, it has only sold 32,000 copies. That represents just 0.8% of Kardashian’s Instagram fans. (*Nielsen BookScan’s U.S. Consumer Market Panel currently covers approximately 85% of the print book market and continues to grow.)

What’s more, the book is a critical flop online. Sitting at 1,607 in books, it’s ranked only 2.5 stars after 661 customer reviews. And those reviews have been scathing.

Well I’m surprised it even sold that much. Even though 32,000 is a flop for Kim Kardashian’s standards, actually it’s not that bad for a ‘celebrity photography’ book, which ‘Selfish’ is a bestseller.

It shows people as so bored with life that they have to rely on a narcissistic individuals like the Kim Kardashian. And that’s quite worrying..
