More Legal Troubles: Tyga Sued For Breach Of Contract -

Tyga really must have a ‘sue me’ magnet, because the suits just keep coming and coming.

After a couple of rent suits, he has been hit with one concerning his work. A promoter in Vegas is suing him because he performed at another club before performing for them despite a clear clause in his contract forbidding that. He also skipped a performance last November, and the promoter is suing for $100,000.

According to TMZ:

“Tyga is getting sued for club hopping in Vegas.

According to legal docs … Kylie’s BF signed a contract with a promoter to perform last summer at Body English for $25k. Part of the deal was that Tyga couldn’t perform anywhere else in Vegas a week before the concert and a month after. It’s called a “radius” clause, and it’s really common.

The promoter — Z Entertainment — claims Tyga hopped onstage at another Vegas venue the night before the Body English gig.

The promoter also says Tyga screwed them over when he was a no-show last November at a gig in Santa Monica.

The promoter wants Tyga to fork over $100k in damages”

Chris Brown’s baby mama Nia Guzman’s custody plan didn’t quite work out the way she expected it to. via TMZ: Sources connected to Chris tell us, Nia Guzman struck out on every single request regarding custody of 2-year-old Royalty. Nia wanted full custody — DENIED. She wanted Chris to have monitored visitation — DENIED. She wanted to deny Chris’ mom the right to see the kid — DENIED. She wanted Chris to submit to drug tests — DENIED. The judge maintained the status quo — joint custody. Chris continues to get Royalty 12 days a month. When Nia filed her legal docs asking for a change in custody the judge ordered Chris to pay her $20k so she could afford a lawyer. But she lost so hard, the judge said Nia wasn’t entitled to the money and gave Chris a credit. There was supposed to be a separate hearing on child support. Rapper Wiz Khalifa Sued for $2 Million by Former Record Boss

The man responsible for discovering Wiz Khalifa says the rapper owes his company more than $2 million and is suing to get it back. via TMZ : Rostrum Records — founded by Benjamin Grinberg — claims in a new lawsuit it had a deal with Wiz for a 15% cut of touring and music royalties when the rapper started back in 2005. The company says it’s also owed 20% of any merch sales. The company claims Wiz has earned a ton of money in touring, merchandise and music sales recently and Rostrum wants $2 mil to make things right. Wiz first sued Rostrum and Benjamin to get out of his contract, claiming they mismanaged him and entered into deals to line their own pockets.
