Rapper, Cassper Nyovest is having a great 2015 so far. While we are all looking forward to his one man show ‘Fill Up The Dome’ on 31 October @ Ticket Pro Dome, he has more to celebrate. The rapper has signed a six-figure deal with MTN on Thursday afternoon in the presence of Kalawa Jazmee boss , Oskido. Cassper will now be the new brand ambassador for the mobile

telecommunications company and will represent a major branding coup in the marketing industry. Breaking the news via his twitter , he posted ‘Just signed the biggest endorsement deal in South African Music history!! I’m talking BIG numbers baby!! #MtnCassper ‘
‘The partnership with MTN is a natural progression in my career. I’ve always sought to associate myself and the Cassper Nyovest brand with organisations and initiatives that unashamedly champion the development of music. I have found a home at MTN and I wish to make this partnership worthwhile for MTN customers,’ Cassper said in a statement.

The British- Nigerian singer and songwriter shot into limelight in 2010 after her accapella song titled ‘What About Us?’ was used at the Nigerian Youth Presidential debate in 2011. In 2015, she released a marriage-themed single title ‘Ari Belema’ which got her a nomination in the ‘Most Promising Act’ category at the 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards. The budding singer released her first official single in 2013 titled ‘Were niyen’ which was received to critical acclaim. On October 2, 2014, she released another song produced by Password titled ‘ Criminal ’ which did was another great sound. She cites Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Brandy and Aaliyah as her musical influences. In an interview granted to ThisDay Live on June 21, 2014, she said she was working on her debut studio album.
