2015 has been an interesting year for Meek Mill. On one hand, he pretty much started and lost a beef war with Drake, but on the other hand, he has opened himself up to a more mainstream audience. It looked like the year was going to end on a positive note, with talks of an Oscar nomination, but now it seems that might not be the case, as legal troubles have forced Meek to drop out of the movie ‘12 O’clock Boys‘. The project starring Will Smith is based on a documentary of the same name, about dirt bike riders in Baltimore. The rapper was violated by a judge for failing to report some of his travel plans, a necessary stipulation in his parole. As a result, he has been prohibited from leaving the state. Meek himself is an avid dirt bike rider, and co developed a video game centred on the sport. Meek was also expected to appear with Nicki Minaj in Las Vegas, but has been forced to cancel the appearance, costing him $140,000 (£93,952)
