Rob Kardashian and Lamar Odom were once as close as brothers. Now that Lamar’s kidney’s are failing, Rob is ready to step up and donate one of his own organs to help save Lamar’s life, according to a new report.

Rob Kardashian, 28, is ready to donate one of his kidney’s in order to save Lamar Odom‘s life. The former NBA star reportedly needs a kidney transplant and could wait years on a list to receive one. But if Rob ends up being a compatible match, Lamar might get the organ sooner. The two were once as close as brothers, with Rob living at Lamar and Khloe Kardashian‘s home while the couple was still happily married. Rob is clearly worried about his brother-in-law and wants to help!
